 Jennifer serves as Vice President of Hear to Sign, supporting the organization’s strategic development, operations, and long-term growth.

She works alongside the President and Board to help ensure that Hear to Sign develops responsibly while remaining focused on its mission and the communities its work is intended to serve.

 Nicole serves as Secretary of Hear to Sign and supports the organization through board documentation, recordkeeping, governance, and organizational accountability.

Her work helps ensure that Hear to Sign maintains the structure and documentation necessary for responsible nonprofit governance as the organization grows.

Steven serves as Treasurer of Hear to Sign and helps oversee the organization's financial accountability and fiscal responsibilities.

His role includes supporting responsible financial practices as Hear to Sign develops its research initiatives, seeks funding, and builds the foundation necessary for sustainable growth.
